Cancellation Policy
We appreciate your interest in our retreat services and are committed to providing all participants with a seamless and enjoyable experience. To ensure the efficient planning and execution of our retreats, we have implemented a deposit fee policy. The deposit fee is non-refundable in the event that a client does not attend, as it covers essential costs associated with staffing and other planning-related expenses. This policy is in place to uphold the quality of our retreats and maintain the integrity of our planning processes.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, particularly in the case of medical emergencies. If a client cannot attend due to a medical emergency, we encourage them to contact us with appropriate documentation. In such cases, we will conduct a thorough review and consider refund options on a case-by-case basis. We aim to be understanding and supportive in situations beyond the client’s control.
In the unlikely event that a retreat is cancelled due to a lack of interest, we will promptly communicate this to all registered participants. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund, including the deposit fee. We strive to maintain transparency and fairness in our policies, ensuring our clients have a positive and reliable experience with our retreat services.
